In our parts departments we have a wide range in ages of personnel. Some are reasonably new with some experience and others are veterans with a wealth of knowledge. We are constantly teaching and learning with your best interest in mind. If we happen to not have it in stock, the JD 95% overnight parts order fill is unprecedented in the agricultural industry. For your parts needs that aren’t so urgent we have over 40 parts drop sheds in over 16 counties that we go to on weekdays for your convenience and to help reduce your travel time (see map below). For those customers that have longer or different hours than we do, there is our afterhours emergency parts availability.
